Effective Management of Student Accommodation

Lukisa Property Management Group was founded in September 2014 by Mr. Pieter Kruger, owner and manager of Lukisa Construction.

We are incorporating the Property Management Department into Lukisa Construction to ensure cost effective, timeously and quality management of your biggest asset namely your Property.

 

Mrs. Cathy Kruger will handle all administrative tasks.

Our Services Includes:

 

• Maintenance in and around the house

• Pool Services (where installed)

• Gardening Services

• Cleaning Servicers (Communal Areas inside the house)

• Shuttle Services for students

• Drafting of all contracts

• Marketing

• Screening of potential tenants

• Collecting of rent
